Location

Macro location

The project is located in Caacupé, the capital of the state of Cordillera, and is only around 50 km from Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay. The two cities are connected by the new Ruta 2. The international airport in Luque (next to Asuncion) is also not far away. Ruta 2 also takes you very quickly to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, the largest waterfalls in the world.

Infrastructure

The project is located in the center of Caacupé. The town's public park is just a few meters away and offers opportunities for walking, jogging or other sports activities. The town center with cafes, restaurants, hospitals, four grocery stores, banks, the basilica and many other stores is also within walking distance.

Micro location

Caacupé is a growing city with a lot of green nature and is a well-known pilgrimage site among South Americans thanks to its basilica (see picture). The property

The property comprises approx. 4500 m² and is located in the center of Caacupé. It is probably the last plot of this type and size in such a sought-after location. The entire area is overgrown with beautiful old trees, most of which are to be preserved and integrated into the planned park surrounding the building. A small stream flows at the rear end of the property, inviting you to take a leisurely stroll, linger and enjoy the gentle sound of rippling water and birdsong. The building
